Opsight · In development

Catch margin leaks on site, before the month-end report.

Opsight is a Harrimont control layer for civil and industrial contractors. Foremen log the day on a phone. The system checks hours, progress and machines the same day. A named person decides.

The loop

From the daily log to the weekly brief.

  1. Daily log

    • The foreman logs hours, machines and progress on a phone.
  2. Checks

    • Four checks flag differences and missing reports the same day.
  3. Decision

    • A named person reviews the alert and records a decision with a reason.
  4. Weekly brief

    • The director gets a one-page brief of risks, decisions and open items.
Four checks

Hours, progress, machines and reporting.

Overtime projection

Sample data: a crew heading for 65 hours against a 48-hour week.

Labour against progress

Sample data: 0.32 hours per bolt against 0.25 in the bid.

Machine overlap

Sample data: an owned machine stands idle while a rented one runs at $1,800 a day.

Missing or late daily reports

Sample data: one crew has no report by cutoff; another files at 19:30.

Human responsibility

The system checks. A named person decides.

An alert needs a decision, a name and a reason. Unhandled red alerts go to the director after two hours. Every decision is kept as a receipt.

Built for the site

A phone on site. Clear permissions.

Phone-first

Large controls designed for gloves. Hours, machines and progress in the daily log.

Access by site

Permissions are enforced in the database. A foreman files only for their own site.

Inside the prototype

The log, the alerts and the brief.

Four views carry the whole loop. A walkthrough on sample data is available on request.

Ops Command

Open alerts in one place: overtime, progress, machine overlap and missing reports, each waiting for a named decision.

Foreman daily log

Hours, machines and progress entered on a phone in a few minutes, for the foreman’s own site only.

Weekly brief

The director’s one-page view: risks, decisions needed and the trends behind them.

Work package

Hours against progress for each package, compared with the bid baseline.
